Fallon Health appoints Kristine Bostek and David Brumley, M.D., to executive leadership roles

Worcester, Mass., June 15, 2022 – Fallon Health today announced that Kristine Bostek and David Brumley, M.D., have been promoted to new roles. Ms. Bostek has been appointed to the new executive management position of Senior Vice President, PACE Programs, which aligns with Fallon’s plans to grow this innovative model of care for older adults. Dr. Brumley has been named Chief Medical Officer, after recently serving in the role on an interim basis.

“The experience that Ms. Bostek and Dr. Brumley bring to their new roles will serve Fallon’s members well,” said Richard Burke, President and CEO of Fallon Health. “Their leadership will help us achieve our strategic goals that support our mission of improving health and inspiring hope.”

She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of performance, including growth, strategic partnerships, operations, clinical operations and quality. During her recent tenure as Vice President of Summit ElderCare and Fallon Health Weinberg-PACE, Fallon’s PACE has grown to include six locations (five in Massachusetts). Ms. Bostek has more than 30 years’ experience in health care, including eight years with Fallon. She earned an MHA from Clark University and a bachelor’s in economics from Saint Michael’s College. She serves as a member of the National PACE Association Board of Directors and is the board president of the MassPACE Association. As Fallon’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Brumley is responsible for ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness of health care services to Fallon members, overseeing all activities and operations within Fallon’s Care Services Department and fostering strong relationships with Fallon’s provider partners. Carried over from his previous role as Vice President of Medical Affairs, Dr. Brumley also oversees quality, pharmacy programs, utilization management and care management, and leads clinical integration with providers, including Fallon’s Medicaid program.
