Fallon Health earns a 4.5-star NCQA rating
Worcester, Mass., September 18, 2023— Fallon Health has again been named among the best-rated Medicaid plans in the country, according to the nation’s authority on health plan quality.
The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) awarded Fallon Community Health Plan Medicaid HMO 4.5 out of 5 stars1, ranking the not-for-profit health care services organization among the top 13 Medicaid plans in the country for clinical quality and member experience. No Medicaid plans received a rating of 5 stars for 2023.

Fallon Health is unique among health plans in focusing on providing care to members of government sponsored health insurance programs. In 2023, Fallon Health offers three Medicaid plans through its participation in the MassHealth Accountable Care Organization (ACO) program, accounting for approximately 65% of Fallon Health’s total membership. These include Berkshire Fallon Health Collaborative, Fallon 365 Care and Fallon Health-Atrius Health Care Collaborative.
