Funding expands impact of programs addressing critical health needs
Worcester, Mass., October 28, 2025 – Fallon Health has awarded $100,000 in Community Impact Grants to 10 organizations across Massachusetts. These grants support innovative programs that address urgent health and social challenges—such as food insecurity, early support for children and youth, and helping older adults live independently—underscoring Fallon Health’s commitment to advancing health equity and improving outcomes for communities facing barriers to care.
“The overwhelming response to our grant program—with over 300 applicants—reflects the depth of need in our communities,” said Manny Lopes, President and CEO. “While we couldn't fund every proposal, we're honored to support 10 outstanding organizations whose work is making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need us most.”
