Massachusetts adult asthma action plan and care cards

The Massachusetts Health Quality Partners and representatives from 21 Massachusetts health care organizations joined together in 2007 to endorse a key component of best practices in the management of adult asthma: the use of written asthma management plans.

Patient Education
